Please Note
Clients are responsible for their own well-being during practice, to always move within a pain-free range and to ensure their space is clear of any obstructions. If you have any concerns about your ability to join any of our classes, please consult a physician before enrolling.. Otherwise, you assume responsibility for any physical risks related to your condition, past or current medical issues, injuries, illnesses, or medications that may affect your participation. Remember, these classes are not a substitute for medical advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
1. Liability Waiver
By booking classes, courses, events and retreats through our booking system or directly, you accept that neither the instructors, personnel, Koru Wellness, its owners, nor the venue owners are liable for any injury to yourself or your child, or any damage to person or property, resulting from attending the classes or events either in-person or online, now or in the future. You use the premises at your own risk and waive any claims against Koru Wellness, its instructors, or venue owners for any injury or damage you may suffer.
We strongly advise pregnant clients to attend tailored pregnancy movement classes starting from 15 weeks, as our general yoga and Pilates classes are not always suitable during pregnancy. It is best to chat with an instructor to ensure that you are able to attend any of our classes or events.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Overseas & Ireland Overnight Retreats
All our retreats will have a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.
If you cancel your spot three months (or more) prior to the start date, the full cost minus the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel less than three months but up to two weeks in advance, a refund minus the deposit is possible only if your spot is filled.
Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund. However, you can transfer or gift your spot to a friend or family member by contacting us with their details.
2.2 Workshops / Events / Day Retreats
All payments for our workshops, events and day retreats held at Koru Wellness or off site are non-refundable once booked. However, you can transfer or gift your spot to a friend or family member by contacting us with their details.
Full refunds are issued only if Koru Wellness cancels a workshop or event.
Late arrivals may not be guaranteed entry, and refunds will not be given for late arrivals. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your session starts.
2.3 Weekly Classes
Weekly classes and courses cannot be refunded once they have been booked.
Missed classes will not be refunded.

Individual instructors may allow you to cancel or transfer to another of their classes, with enough notice, and at their discretion.
3. Bookings
All bookings can be made online through our system, Legit Fit. Due to limited class sizes, places are only guaranteed with full payment on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Payments
Fees can be paid securely online via Stripe through Legit Fit. Exact cash payments for in-person classes must be made at least 48 hours prior to secure your booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards online. All transactions are processed in Euros (€). Koru Wellness is not responsible for any additional charges from financial institutions or credit card companies.
5. Weekly Classes - Terms of Booking
Clients should consult a physician before enrolling if concerned about their physical condition. It is the client’s responsibility to inform their instructor of any serious illness or injury before each class and to practice within their body's limits.
Pregnant clients should attend our tailored pregnancy classes starting from 15 weeks.
Participants must be over 16 years of age, unless joining a children’s program. All applicants release Koru Wellness and its affiliates from any liability regarding injury or loss/damage to personal property.
6. Missed Classes
Missed classes cannot be credited or transferred to another person. Refunds are not given for missed classes due to illness, injury, or holidays.
Late arrivals may not be guaranteed entry and refunds will not be given. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your class starts.
7. Injury/Illness
Refunds or transfers for missed classes due to illness/injury cannot be given to maintain class viability. If you are ill or injured, please contact us so that we know you cannot make the class.
8. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for up to 5 years and can be used against any of our sessions. The recipient must book a place in advance.
9. Times & Dates
Times & dates for classes, workshops and events are listed on our monthly schedule. Details are subject to change and where possible clients will be contacted directly, or details will be posted on our social media accounts.
10. Our Website
Information on our website is provided with care, but errors may occur. Koru Wellness may update information from time to time and is not liable for any inaccuracies.
11. Session Guidelines
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your session. Wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring a water bottle. Mats and equipment are provided, but you may wish to bring your own. Inform your instructor of any pre-existing conditions or injuries. Respect others by turning off your phone and removing shoes before entering the studio. Be kind and considerate to yourself and others.
